The exhibition 'Matters of Taste – Nutrition in the Age of Consumerism' dealt with the production, distribution and consumption of food in consumer society.
Starting with introductory definitions and explanations of programmable logic controllers, the contribution of Karl-Marx-Stadt and Chemnitz companies to the development of this control technology is presented and documented.
